This case study highlights the financial and non-financial benefits of taking a multi-professional approach, using digital technology, to deliver care to residents in care homes with swallowing difficulties. Through a multi-disciplinary assessment, the team have empowered the care home staff and families to support the resident in an evidence-based approach that supports care closer to home.
